There are a number of ways to include a gift to Surrey Hospitals Foundation through your Will:

A specific gift amount

Including a gift for a specific purpose or program
It is possible to direct your gift to an area of the hospital for which you have a specific interest. To do so, please contact us to confirm the correct wording. Since no one can anticipate the changes and developments that may occur in the future, we recommend you include a “power to vary” clause to ensure your gift will deliver maximum value to our hospital and outpatient centre. For example,
“If circumstances make the specified use of this bequest impractical or undesirable, the Board of Directors of Surrey Hospitals Foundation is authorized to apply the gift to other purposes that conform as much as possible to the spirit and intent of my original wishes.”
